Once your customised samples have been delivered, and once we’re sure they’ve met with your satisfaction, we’ll supply you with a tailored supply solution.
Inception
Now the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place! You’ll receive a proof to approve, whilst our dedicated team will be streamlining your information in our system, to guarantee a seamless delivery process.
Production
At this stage, your order transitions into the hands of our production team. They’ll receive a detailed brief on your unique specifications and kickstart the creative engine. You’ll also receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your order.
Ship and Support
The exciting part! Your shipment is all set, and you’ll be kept in the loop with tracking details along the way. What’s more, our dedicated Sales Support team is standing by, ready to assist you in any way they can.
