High Performance Decals
A light mist of spray on the application area will assist
Squeegee out any air bubbles to maximise adhesion
Transfer tape assists in aligning your graphics and is also beneficial when your graphic contains multiple pieces
Preflame your plastic for best adhesion
INMOULD Graphics
A light mist of spray on mould surface will assist with positioning the graphic
Squeegee out any trapped air, any air bubbles are best removed by lancing
For larger mouldings consider spraying the reverse side of your applied graphic with ENHANCE/WB400 Surface Enhancer
Tape test your mould
POSTMOULD+ Graphics
Graphics work best on a smooth surface. For a textured surface, consider light sanding and pre-flame
A good application method is to relay 80% of the graphic onto the backing sheet, then burnish it while pulling away the remainder.
Wide flame torches work best for fusion, but electric heat guns can also be used.
