HIGH PERFORMANCE DECALS
In addition to our permanent graphics for plastics, we offer a tough alternative for those one-off post applications. Our high-performance decals feature the toughest vinyl, the strongest inks and an aggressive adhesive typically required for painted metal, fiberglass, galvanized, powder coated and plastic surfaces. We developed this product because permanent graphics aren’t the fix for all applications.

WARRANTY
HPD (High Performance Decal) graphics are covered by PSI Brand’s written warranty for a fixed period of five years from date of supply — subject to correct application and normal operating conditions.
Unlike our INMOULD and POSTMOULD+ ranges, the HPD warranty is a fixed term rather than tied to the service life of the moulded part. Five years from the date we supply them to you.
Full adhesion integrity and legibility is guaranteed, provided graphics are applied in accordance with PSI’s published guidelines and used within the environments and applications for which they were designed.
The warranty applies to all PSI Brand graphics supplied on or after 1 March 2026 and is provided on a business-to-business basis to original purchasers only.

Durable, flexible, opaque colour, Peel-and-stick application & available in solid white, clear and foil materials, great for indoor and outdoor application to ensure brand longevity.
Supplied featuring high-tack adhesives, designed to stick to low-energy surfaces and offering various finishes such as gloss, satin, matte and overlaminates to extend longevity.

First up we scored the graphic
Scoring the graphic allows us to assess its adhesion strength thoroughly. After applying a piece of tape with substantial pressure, you’ll see that no parts of the graphic lifted.
THE FLAME TEST
Then we flame tested the graphic
We then subjected the graphic to direct heat from a heat gun, and no matter how hard we tried, there was no bubbling, discoloration, or puckering. The graphic held its ground, showcasing its resilience under heat stress.
THE PRESSURE TEST
And after all that we gave the graphic a bath
It seemed only right that after all that abuse we gave the graphic a blast with a high pressure sprayer, still no movement and no lifting.
